Shalini Rao is a General Partner at Headline, where she leads the firm’s growth equity fund focused on software, fintech, and consumer internet investments. She joined Headline in 2024 from growth-stage investor TCV, and was previously a partner at Generation Investment Management. Jason Lemkin

Jason Lemkin is a SaaS entrepreneur and investor, best known for founding SaaStr: the world’s largest community and annual conference for enterprise software founders. He previously co‑founded EchoSign, scaling it to over $100 million in annual revenue before selling it to Adobe, and later served as Vice President at Adobe overseeing the continued growth of Adobe Sign. Jason went on to launch the SaaStr Fund with roughly $175 million under management, and is an early backer of many leading SaaS startups.

Alex Bard is a Managing Director at Redpoint Ventures, focusing on early-stage technology investments. He co-founded four enterprise software companies — including Assistly (acquired by Salesforce and rebranded as Desk.com), eShare, eAssist, and Goowy — and achieved multiple successful exits. Alex later served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Salesforce’s Service Cloud, helping grow it to over $1 billion in revenue, and became CEO of the global email marketing platform Campaign Monitor.

Before joining Owner.com, he spent a decade at real estate tech startup Compass, where he led operations and revenue growth from $0 to $6 billion as the company scaled to an IPO. He brings over twenty years of leadership experience and a passion for supporting small businesses through technology.

Adam Guild

Adam Guild is the co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of Owner, where he leads the company’s mission to arm owners to take on their goliaths. He previously built projects that reached 10M+ users while in his teens. Adam was named a Thiel Fellow after dropping out of high school in 10th grade. He was inspired to start Owner at 17 years old after building the first version for his mom, and seeing it change her life.

Dean Bloembergen

Dean Bloembergen is the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Owner.com, overseeing the engineering and product development of the platform. He previously co-founded Marble Technologies (YC S18), built software for nationwide restaurant chains and was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list. Bloembergen’s technical leadership and vision have been instrumental in building Owner.com’s innovative solutions for independent restaurants.

Kyle Norton

Kyle Norton is Owner.com’s Chief Revenue Officer, leading the company’s sales, onboarding, and business development efforts. He previously led the revenue organization for Shopify’s point-of-sale (POS) product and later managed Shopify’s Canadian business unit, which reached $300 million in annual revenue. Kyle's expertise in scaling ecommerce and subscription businesses positions Owner.com for continued growth and market expansion.
